The Golden State Warriors just brought home yet another World Championship!… Back to the Bay Area, The teams 6 Championship Title in 8 years! A True Dynasty, In my humble opinion one of the best teams, in the history of the NBA. Right at the top of Mount Rushmore teams With Micheal Jordan’s 90’s Chicago Bulls and Kobe and Shaq’s Lakers of the early 2000’s (Rest In Peace Kobe Bean Bryant.) He was and is a true GOAT. Kobe Bryant actually said to Andrew Wiggins in his Rookie year after the Los Angles Lakers Minnesota Timberwolves game, that your next kid! Andrew went on to win Rookie Of The Year, that season. Also there was a lot of hype surrounding him because he was the #1 overall pick in the Draft. This was in the 2014-15 season. Wiggins and the Timberwolves were only able to make the Playoffs once in his 5 year in Minnesota on February 6th 2020 he was acquired by the Warriors. He subsequently packed his bags and joined Chef Steph Curry Klay Thompson and Draymond Green The Trade was Heavily criticized at the time. Wiggins was viewed by many players and General Managers around the NBA, as some who lacked toughness and determination . This reputation followed Andrew around for many years. Known as Maple Jordan Because he hails from Canada. Toronto to. be exact, affectionally known as the 6ix. The House that Vince Carter and Drake built This year everything tuned around for Wiggins he was to transform his game. He was able to reach new heights becoming an all star for the first time a starter at that! His defence was incredible Shutting the down the likes Luka Doncic, Devin Booker Chris Paul and LeBron King James. Maple Jordan also became an elite scorer and dunker this year. He had an Amazing Dunk on top of Luka Doncic’s head in the Western Conference Finals against The Dallas Mavericks I believe whole hardily, That there is absolutely no chance on God’s green Earth that the Golden state are World Champions without Maple Jordan! Just ask their Head Coach Steve Kerr he has said it on every interview since they won in Boston On that fateful day. Even though Stephen Curry Won his first ever Finals MVP, my vote would have gone to Andrew Wiggins. This past weekend Andrew brought home to Toronto The Larry O’Brien NBA World Championship Trophy to celebrate with family and friends and community and I could not be more happy for him!!!… OH Canada!!!!
