Hi Guys,
Kyle Lowry has been amazing this season for the Toronto Raptors. He leads the NBA in minutes played this year. The 33 year old is averaging 20.6 points a game this year. He is also averaging a very impressive 7.8 assists per game this season. He is one of the Association’s elite passers. Kyle is averaging a great 4.5 rebounds per game this season which is an impressive number for a point guard.
Kyle is known as North Philly’s (Philadelphia) finest for a reason. Lowry is the greatest Toronto Raptor ever in my humble opinion. Some would argue that Kawhi Leonard or Demar DeRozan are the greatest Raptors. With the arrival of Kyle to Toronto 9 years ago, came the arrival of winning. He is affectionally known as K-Low around the league! He brought the true residue of winning to the franchise. He is the Raptors floor general. He is like a coach on the floor. His basketball IQ is off the charts. Raptors coach Nick Nurse raves about Lowry’s basketball IQ and says he is like a second coach on the floor. He makes the right reads on the offensive and defensive 95% percent of the time. Kyle is an absolute bulldog on the defensive end of the floor.
He is definitely the straw that stirs the drink for the Toronto Raptors! Toronto has adopted him as their own. The Toronto Raptors fans love the tough hard nose style of play, and especially their underdog mentality. Even though the Raptors are defending Champions, both Lowry, the Raptors team and the city continue to embrace the underdog mentality. I think part of it is that they are in a far away land called Canada Eh, far off the NBA Radar and they like it that way. With Kawhi Leonard’s Departure from Toronto to the Los Angeles Clippers, Kyle Lowry is now ‘King of the 6ix ‘, just ask Toronto Raptors Global Ambassador Drake! Don’t forget as important as Kawhi Lenoard was to the Championship Run… The Fact is that without Kyle Lowry the Raptors wouldn’t get a World Championship!
I Love Chips with the Dip… and the Toronto Raptors and Canada finally got the Chips with the the Dip… after 25 years!!!
